Project Type: Capabilities Deck / Business Development Presentation

Project Overview

“Overview & Core Capabilities” was designed as a flexible capabilities presentation intended for business development conversations, client-facing introductions, and internal alignment. The deck needed to quickly communicate what the organization does, how its services create value, and why it should be considered a credible partner, all while maintaining a polished and consistent visual identity.

My Role & Responsibilities

On this project, I worked as a Presentation Designer, Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Brand Designer, and Marketing Designer. My responsibilities included defining the presentation system, shaping the visual narrative, organizing service information into a more digestible flow, refining layouts and typography, and building a final deck that could be reused and adapted across different conversations while still preserving brand consistency and presentation quality.

Strategic Design Approach

My strategic focus was on creating a deck that could answer key business development questions quickly: who we are, what we do, why it matters, and what proof supports the story. I designed the presentation to be modular so sections could be added, removed, or reordered without breaking the visual system. This helped make the deck more flexible for multiple audiences while maintaining strong information hierarchy, visual rhythm, and brand presence.

Tools & Execution

  • Microsoft PowerPoint for master slide development, structured layouts, formatting, and final delivery
  • Canva for rapid design exploration, styling concepts, and visual iteration
  • Reusable slide patterns and modular sections to support scalability and future adaptation
  • Brand-conscious typography, spacing, and composition to maintain credibility and visual consistency

Outcome

The final presentation became a more flexible and polished capabilities deck that could support live conversations, PDF sharing, and future adaptation for additional business development needs. It created a stronger and more organized way to communicate service offerings, helping the content feel more strategic, more brand-aligned, and easier for stakeholders and potential clients to understand.

What This Project Demonstrates

This project demonstrates my ability to design presentation systems that function as strategic communication tools rather than static slide decks. It reflects how I bring together visual design, marketing thinking, brand consistency, and information structure to create presentations that are adaptable, persuasive, and built for real-world business use.
