Project Overview

“January Strategy Session — Reigniting Growth for 2025” was designed as an executive-ready strategy deck built to align the organization around growth priorities, team responsibilities, and measurable next steps for the year ahead. The presentation needed to create a shared operating picture across stakeholders while supporting decision-making in a live strategy environment.

My Role & Responsibilities

On this project, I led the presentation design process through the lens of a Presentation Designer, Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Brand Designer, and Marketing Designer. My responsibilities included shaping the visual direction of the deck, building the slide system, organizing the story flow, refining layout and typography, and producing a final presentation that was polished, easy to scan, and credible in front of executive stakeholders. I also helped gather and shape content by coordinating with leadership, sector leads, BD and capture teams, solutions, proposals, contracts, and operational stakeholders.

Strategic Design Approach

My strategic approach was centered on making the deck easy to navigate during live discussion while still maintaining strong visual confidence and brand consistency. I focused on narrative flow, scannability, information hierarchy, and repeatable layout patterns so the audience could move quickly from high-level goals to responsibilities, timelines, incentives, KPIs, and action items without losing clarity. The goal was to design a presentation that could support executive conversation, cross-functional alignment, and future reuse.

Tools & Execution

  • Microsoft PowerPoint for master slides, structure, formatting, and final delivery
  • Canva for rapid layout exploration, visual concepting, and styling directions
  • Structured content coordination to gather inputs and shape the message for stakeholder alignment
  • Brand-conscious layout and typography decisions to support readability and executive presentation quality

Outcome

The final result was a strategy presentation that supported leadership discussion, clarified team expectations, and helped reduce ambiguity around execution. The deck gave stakeholders a more organized view of goals, roles, milestones, and KPIs, creating a stronger foundation for alignment and action moving into 2025.

What This Project Demonstrates

This project demonstrates my ability to design high-impact business presentations that go beyond attractive slides and function as real communication tools. It reflects how I combine visual design, information structure, content shaping, and brand thinking to create decks that support strategy, executive communication, and decision-making in a clear and polished way.
